yes, it really can, if one dog isn’t following the rules, the other sees that and mimics his actions

i think so, but not completely. it certainly makes it hard to control them both.

It could. I know it isn’t uncommon for a dog o pick up such behaviors, but there is a small chance that the dis-obedient dog will learn better behaviors from the obedient one. Or a little of both.

I think so. I have dogs and cats and I know sometimes my dogs will do things they’ve seen the cats do like licking their paws and rubbing their faces w/ it,ect. My 2 dogs also pick up on each others behavior. One I had for 1.5yrs before I got the other and now the older has picked up on the younger dog’s barking at other dogs, and the younger dog now barks at strangers because the older one does it. It’s definetly difficult but you have to be equally strict with both and make them follow the same rules.

It’s just like if you were to put two excitable 8 year olds in the same room (if you’ve ever been in this situation you know what I’m talking about.) Just like with children, one dogs behavior will affect another dogs behavior. Sometimes it’s not as drastic and it’s hardly ever long term. But also on the converse of this, a well behaved dog can affect the behavior of a disobedient dog as well. If you would like to contact me with the behaviors your dog is displaying, I can help you with tips on getting rid of that behavior.

It depends on the specific bad behavior. With barking, the answer is definitely yes.
