No. You’ll be fine. If it looks red or irritated, you do need to see the doctor though. But you don’t have, won’t get rabies.

Im sure youll be fine but maybe you should go just incase!

No, you will be fine. although you may get a slight infection at a bite wound, treat it with antibacterial ointment and keep your hands out of the puppy’s mouth.

If the pup is biting you (or anyone, for that matter) don’t over react as it often raises the ‘drive’ of the pup, making it want to bite more. Instead, have appropriate chew toys handy – I carried one with me for about a month when my pup was in this stage – and offer that item to the pup. When pup takes hold of the appropriate chew item, praise it.

Be calm, be consistent and never ever hit your puppy – eventually your pup will catch on to what you want and will stop biting you.

Your pup is also old enough to be enrolled in Puppy classes, and then after that, enroll in a basic Manners class – you and your pup will be best friends if you both know what you want from each other and the best way to communicate that is to go to classes with the pup.

Don’t worry about it. Clean the cut with soap and water and keep it clean with triple antibiotic ointment. You shouldn’t have to go to a doctor unless it gets obviously infected (red, swollen, tender, discharging, etc.)

You are fine, however, no dog should put his/her teeth on a human. That’s a NO NO.

As long as the puppy has her shots you will be fine. Of course just watch the bite and make sure it doesnt get red or inflammed.
